What do you have to include?


  • Completed application form.
  • Copies of your proof of citizenship: Passport, Citizenship Card, Birth Certificate, Citizenship Certificate.
  • Copies of your proof of permanent Residence: Permanent Resident Card, Record of Landing.
  • Copy of your driver’s license.
  • Copy of your car’s registration.

DO NOT SEND ANY ORIGNINAL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION

FEE: The cost is US$220 for regular service.
The government fee is $50.
